FOUR YOUTHS FLEE FIRE ATTACK

Four people forced to leap from a first floor flat to escape a fire are lucky to be alive, according to Police.

A manhunt has been launched after a blazing wheelie bin was jammed against the front door of the flat at McClymont Court in Cumnock.

The four youths escaped uninjured but are said to have been extremely shaken by their ordeal.

Police and fire crews arrived at the scene at approximately 2.30am and found the wheelie bin still belching flames and smoke.
