Families freeze into the New Year due to faulty heating.

A young Cumnock family faced a chilly Christmas when they were left for nearly a month without heating.

A Dalmelligton pensioner has hit out at East Ayrshire Council for endangering the elderly when he too was left in the cold.

And a Muirkirk family were left without heating after firemen raised concerns over a leaking radiator that had dripped through and posed a threat to electrical wiring.
