A SOCIETY dedicated to Egyptology will be welcoming a guest speaker later this month - and all are welcome to attend the talk.
The Carlisle & District Egyptology Society will introduce speaker Ian Trumble, curator of the Bolton museum, to deliver a talk on textiles seen in ancient Egypt.
The meeting will take place at the Quaker Hall on Fisher Street, Carlisle, on Thursday, April 25 at 2pm.
The entrance fee is £5 for visitors, £3 for members.
