An annual clean of more than 20 beaches across Ayrshire is set to take place next month.
The 2024 Rotary and Ayrshire Coastal Path Beach Clean will take place on Saturday, April 13 and everyone is invited to get involved.
Most of these are managed and led by Ayr Rotary Club and Ayrshire Coastal Path but other beaches are organised by the Rotary Clubs of Prestwick and Alloway, and a diverse range of other community groups, farmers and landowners.
The event is supported by South and North Ayrshire Councils.
If you can manage, head along and help to ensure that the region's beaches are at their sparkling best for the forthcoming holiday season.
Volunteers will be provided with bags but should bring their own litter-picker if possible as these will likely be in short supply.
