Fire danger of break-in hoodlums
THIEVES put people's lives in danger when they set an empty property on fire after breaking in.
They managed to remove a steel barricade from the front door of the house in Greenbraes Drive, New Cumnock, to gain entry.
Having got in, they ripped up copper pipes and also removed the boiler during the raid which was discovered just after 2pm on July 23.
They then tried to set the living room on fire.
