HUNDREDS of people joined Marie Curie’s inaugural Daffodil Dawdle fundraising event at Dumfries House.
The organisers of the event were pictured by our photographer Ken McKissock as they were preparing for a tranquil walk along the Duchess of Rothesay Avenue.
It had been lined with half a million daffodils which, along with the predominately yellow attire being worn by participants, made for a colourful spectacle.
Those taking part later enjoyed complimentary refreshments in the Dumfries House Walled Garden Pavilion while taking in the scenic views.
