Firefighters visit Explorers
NEW Cumnock Explorer Scouts recently had a visit from their local firefighters.
The New Cumnock fire fighters showed the scouts how to carry out CPR on an injured person who requires urgent help and demonstrated how they might do it when on a call.
Scout leader Iain Burgoyne said: “The visit was enjoyed and greatly appreciated by all our young members and leaders.
“A huge thank you to the New Cumnock fire fighters for giving up their time on a Friday night.”
