Comedian Dawn French's holiday home - boasting 15 bedrooms and panoramic harbour views - has come on the market for £725,000.

The Vicar Of Dibley star currently runs recently refurbished Clipper House in West Looe, Cornwall, as a holiday let business.

The property is split into three guest houses, The Clipper, The Crow's Nest and The Main Sail, which could be combined into one large home.

Estate agents estimate new owners could "easily" earn up to £250,000 each year renting out the entire property.

TV property expert Sarah Beeny has listed the property on her online estate agency, Tepilo, including her own video tour.

In the video, she admits the outside of the house could do with a "little bit of a spruce up and a few thousand pounds".

But she goes on to say : "Inside it's fabulous, with gorgeous interiors, amazing views and a comfy and relaxed atmosphere.

"What's really exciting about this property is that it's already divided into three separate units.

"This home is made for feasting, with plenty of room for eating and a bar to chat at.

"Every possible entertainment is provided.

"With space for over 30 people to sleep in the three separate units there's amazing potential for an income with this house too.

"I can easily see how you could have £250,000 a year from renting these properties out.

"Whether it's winter or summer, this is a home you'll want to hang out in.

"I happen to know that the wonderful Dawn French has spent a considerable amount of time in this property."

The property, which can be found on Rightmove, also features a large living area, bar and games room.
