Gary Grossart wheels away after putting Lugar into the quarter finals

Pic by: Kenny Young

Lugar secretary Kennie Young believes his side can go all the way in the Ardagh Glass Cup after their amazing Section Four qualification from the 'Group of Death'.

Young and Boswell boss Alan Cotton hailed the cup heroes after a Gary Grossart goal handed them a 1-0 win over Premier League Glenafton and a place in the Quarter Finals of the competition.

Despite the group containing big-hitters Cumnock, Talbot and the Glens, Lugar defeated Nock 3-2 in the opening section game and their win over Gordon Dalziel's men handed them a place in the last eight for the first time in recent history.
