OVER 800 LETTERS SUPPORT POST OFFICES

The public has had their say on proposed Post Office closures - and in Ochiltree and Rankinston the strength of feeling is there for all to see.
Over 800 letters of objection to plans to close Ochiltree Post Office and set up a partner service.
MSP Cathy Jamieson and MP Sandra Osborne picked up the letters last week.
And a whopping 500 letters of objection where received from Rankinston where the Post Office where the Post Office is proposed to be shut and replaced with a mobile service.
