Bill Bain of Oakhouse Properties

A leading local estate agent has moved to ease fears over a crisis in the housing market - by insisting a turn is on the horizon.

Bill Bain, of Oakhouse Properties in Cumnock, admits there has been a definite slow-down in property sales compared with last year's boom, but reckons there is no need to panic.
